Job Description:

Answering inbound calls timeously. Be professional and polite at all times. Listening attentively to the customers query. Responding to the customers queries. Ensure that quality standards are met. Familiarize oneself with products and procedures. Answer inbound calls from Subscribers. Provide relevant information to ensure First Call Resolution. Resolve queries. Escalate faults that cannot be concluded on first contact. Must have Matric One and a half years Call Centre or Customer Services Experience
