Job Description:

Completed grade 12 1-2 years' experience in an admin Knowledge: Proficiency on systems (MS Office, SAP) Managing telephone calls, messages and e-mails Building and nurturing relationships with internal clients Gaining an understanding of customer business and needs Tending to customer queries and requirements Coordinating interviews Providing timeous feedback as required Responsible for general admin duties; including typing, filing, typing & pulling of reports, distribution of files. Supply basic information to clients about the functions of the office. Prepare and manage the boardroom activities. Arrange that the boardroom is cleaned and setup Assist with the setting up of internal functions/events. Develop PowerPoint presentations Conduct the necessary daily, weekly and monthly planning Completion of cycle brief information. Keep asset register up to date Assist in reconciling all Call Centre expenses and investigate report and rectify all discrepancies. This refers to and not limited to all invoices / charges to the Call Centre cost centre: Printing Stationary Catering Travel expense, etc Ad hoc administration functions Assist as a back up to call centre agents if need beCompetencies: Clear Communication Plan and think ahead Results focused Composed and Resilient Upholding standards and ethics Build and use key relationships Completed grade 12 1-2 years' experience in an admin Knowledge: Proficiency on systems (MS Office, SAP)
