Develop and execute the business strategy for
growth, focusing on opening doors, building relationships and establishing new
core revenue streams, as well as meeting and exceeding defined targets.




To manage allocated sales budget through
effective co-ordination of sales activities and behaviors, key accounts, Key
Opinion Leaders and expense budget within the region.






Requirements:




Matric




Recognized tertiary qualification in
business/sales




Previous management experience with a team




Understanding of various distribution
channels




Knowledge of business




Financial acumen




Territory management




Product knowledge




Excellent communicator at all levels



Responsibilities:




Liaise with management and merchandisers




Strong eye for detail in merchandising to
close complex deals




Results-oriented with a strong performance,
cost management and top and bottom line orientation




Strong Business development skills: able to
harness substantial revenue stream and develop initiatives to grow it




Management of sales reps/team
building/motivational




Offer insight to sales and
channelimprovements




Implementation of the sales and marketing
activity plans and strategies in the diverse channels




Propose and develop methods of improving
customer service on a continuous basis




Monitor follow up on all customer queries and
ensure that they are resolved in a shorted possible timeframe within policy
framework.




Effectively implement marketing strategies in
the regions responsible for by ensuring tactical plans for all team members.




Hold performance discussions on regular basis
in order to identify learning requirements (with NSM)




Take disciplinary action in line with IR
policy in cases of poor performance and inappropriate behavior by staff (with
NSM)
