MPC recruitment Duties & ResponsibilitiesDutiesProvide leadership to the Boards Finance and Accounting strategy to optimise the Companys financial performance and strategic position.Control of the Companys accounting function and report as required.Contribute to the development of Company strategy across all areas of the business.Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.Ensure understanding of cost and revenue drivers throughout the business and at all levels.Ensure that Company financial systems are robust, compliant (including BBBEE) and support current activities and future growth.Ensure budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:BCom (Honours)Chartered Accountant (SA)SAICA registeredDrivers LicenseEligibility to travel internationally10 years in a senior financial position WITH people management, BBBEE understanding and contract management experienceRelevant automotive industry experienceInterested and qualified candidates may forward CVs to Number: JC 46743
