Skills & Requirements:
At least 3-5 years experience in FMCG Management
Successfully able to manage a couple of stores in the specified area.
Great Communication & organisational skills
Collaborating with Store Managers to ensure everything is the store is running smoothly
Assist with communicating with suppliers to resolve any issues
Ensuring that all merchandising displays are effective
Auditing stock with regards to overstocking, pricing & marketing of the different brands.
Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
