Develop leads and leverage marketing and networking opportunities to create sales opportunities focusing on custom software development offering.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct executive-level sales engagements and establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, either face-to-face or virtual.
Understand the technical needs of the customer and articulate the value of custom software development capability and solutions in meeting those needs.
Determine solutions together with the technical team.
Write technical sales proposals for custom development and cloud opportunities - by liaising with the development team for UX and estimations.
Prepare PoCs and sales contracts in collaboration with the technical team.
Tertiary education preferable.
A successful track record of 5 years in an IT sales role with complex product offerings including software sales experience.
Writing technical sales proposals for software sales including the scope of the solution, proposed workflow, UI and sprint overview.
Confidence to pitch to C-level decision makers.
An understanding of business decision making processes and structures.
Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter with a hunger to excel.
Interested in IT and Cloud solutions and be able to quickly assimilate technical information.
